How to Raise a Complaint with Tigerbag Remodeling

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Tigerbag Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How things went when you called or contacted Tigerbag Remodeling
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you and the provider say.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know that Tigerbag Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@tigerbag.lat and include:

  • Your name and the way you prefer to be reached
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will email you to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will share what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
